China Machinery Industry International Cooperation Co., Ltd.(SINOMACH INTERNATIONAL) founded in 1981, is a main member of SINOMACH Precision Industry Co., Ltd (SINOMACH PRECISION) subordinated to China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH), a Fortune Global 500 enterprise. It is the Chairman of China Machine Tool Industry Abrasives Branch Association, the leader of Artificial Corundum Branch coordination group and Chairman of Sic Branch of China Chamber of Commerce of Metals Minerals & Chemicals Importers& Exporters.

Formerly known as China National Abrasives Industry Corporation, SINOMACH INTERNATIONAL was founded in 1981. It focuses on trading & service, exploring both foreign and domestic markets, striving to build its core competence through marketing developing, resource integration and brand construction.

In 2013, to build a “Domestic leading, internationally renowned”, technology, manufacturing and trading combined abrasives business group, SINOMACH established SINOMACH Precision Industry Co., Ltd, based on the resources of China National Abrasives Industry Corporation, Zhengzhou Research Institute for Abrasives& Grinding Co., Ltd and the opportunity of reorganizing White Dove (Group) Co., Ltd.  According to the company's business position and development needs, China National Abrasives Industry Corporation changed its name to China Machinery Industry International Cooperation Co., Ltd in 2014.

R&D Base - Zhengzhou Research Institute for Abrasive& Grinding

Founded in 1958, Zhengzhou Research Institute for Abrasive & Grinding Co., Ltd (ZZSM)，belonging to China National Machinery Industry Corporation, is one of SINOMACH INTERNATIONAL’ s R&D Bases. The former foreign trade business and resources of ZZSM have been absorbed into SINOMACH INTERNATIONAL in 2015.

ZZSM is a unique comprehensive R&D unit for the abrasive industry in China and is committed to the development and production of superabrasive products, special equipments and inspection instruments. Chinese first crystal of diamond and CBN was born successively in ZZSM in 1963 and in 1967. After that, a series of superabrasive products, special equipment and inspection instruments were developed to fill the domestic blank. In 1993, the National Superhard Materials & Products Engineering Research Center was established in the Institute showing its leading position in the Chinese superabrasive industry.

ZZSM owns dozens of production lines on vitrified bond, resin bond, metal bond and electroplated bond superabrasive products, equipment and inspection instruments which have yearly capacity with four hundred thousand pieces of superabrasive tools and more than three thousand machines.

R & D manufacturing base – White Dove Abrasives Co.,Ltd

White Dove (Group) Company Limited (White Dove) was established in 1956, belongs to SINOMACH Precision Industry Co., Ltd. and is one of our R & D manufacturing bases. White Dove foreign trade company was hosted by the China Machinery Industry International Cooperation Co., Ltd. from 2015.

White Dove Company formerly known as Chinese Second Grinding Wheel Company is one of 156 key construction projects in the First Five-Year Plan. Since its establishment, in the increasingly fierce competition market, White Dove grasped the international advanced level and innovative spirit, maintained a leading position in the abrasives industry.   

The products of White Dove bear the brand of "White Dove", which has been certified as "China Well-known Trademark" and got its certification of ISO9001 in 1996. "White Dove" brand products are not only sold nationwide but also exported to over 70 countries and regions in the world. Main products of the company are bonded abrasives, coated abrasives, superhard materials and products applied for automotive, steel, bearings, sheet metal, metal and other industries. The company has an annual output of 16,000 tons bonded abrasives, coated abrasives 7,000,000 square meters, superhard materials and products 1.5 million karats. The company has a production capacity of nearly 400 varieties and more than 20 kinds of specifications of abrasive products. The company is the largest integrated manufacturer of abrasives in China and Asia regions.

White Dove Abrasives is the "brand-name export commodities" supported by former Ministry of Foreign Trade, Henan Provincial Department of Commerce, Science and Technology Department, Commodity Inspection Bureau, Zhengzhou Customs and 2 other departments have jointly assessed "Henan famous international brands."

R & D manufacturing base- Zhengzhou U & D Industrial Ceramics Co., Ltd.

U&D is a joint venture corporation which was founded in 1990, and it is established by China Machinery Industry International Cooperation Co., Ltd. and foreign invest to produce high level ceramic bonded abrasives.

Main products include the single side sharpening stones, double sides sharpening stones, super finishing stones, sharpening stones used for sharpening stone for rubber knife, cutlery knife, mounted wheels used for electric and pneumatic tools and the non-standard abrasive products.
